Billing
Billing that stays simple
One organisation has one subscription.
Your subscription includes one hosting plan, any database storage packs and PayEdge shortcodes. Everything appears on one invoice and is paid through M-Pesa.
Agencies can create one organisation per client. Each client gets their own plan, billing contact and invoice.
Plan changes
Change plans when your app grows
Upgrade
Upgrades apply immediately.
Choose a larger plan, confirm the prorated amount through M-Pesa and use the new limits at once.
Downgrade
Downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
Before then, your organisation must fit the smaller plan. The dashboard lists apps, database storage or usage that must be reduced.
Cancel
You can cancel from your Eza account.
There are no refunds for partial months. Your service continues to the end of the paid period, then Eza deletes your data 14 days later.

When you reach a limit
Database storage
At 85% database storage, the organisation owner receives an email.
At 95%, the dashboard displays a red warning. If the database disk becomes full, the database stops accepting writes.

Bandwidth

PayEdge is available with or without an Eza Cloud hosting plan.
A PayEdge-only customer receives an Eza organisation without a hosting plan. Your application can run anywhere and call PayEdge over HTTPS with an API key.

Can I pay with M-Pesa?
Yes. Eza Cloud plans, storage packs and PayEdge shortcodes are paid through M-Pesa. You do not need a card.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All listed prices include VAT at 16%. Eza sends a KRA eTIMS invoice showing the service amount and VAT separately.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual hosting plans cost 10 months of monthly pricing and include 12 months of hosting. PayEdge shortcodes and add-on packs remain monthly.
Do I need a separate subscription for each app?
No. One organisation has one hosting plan and can run up to 5, 15 or 50 apps, depending on the plan.
What happens if I use all my database storage?
Eza emails the owner at 85% storage and shows a warning at 95%. Add 10 GB for KES 500 per month, or upgrade your plan before the disk is full.
What happens if I exceed bandwidth?
Your site stays up. Eza asks you to upgrade instead of taking the app offline.
Can I cancel at any time?
